End goal: Ability to see which users have or have not installed a certain app.

Idea 1: Have an 'apps' tab where you can filter on select apps against a list of all users and if they have the app or not.
Idea 2: Export of all apps installed for all users where I can manually find out where the app isn't listed against the persons name to see that they have not installed the app.

Use-case: I am deploying an app within my organisation and I want to be able to see which users have or haven't installed it. It is important that I know who has or who has not installed this app.
