Email a PDF invoice
Please email the billing invoices as an attached PDF, this facility makes it so much easier to put into third party apps for reporting financial expenses.

You might be interested in attaching the PDF invoice to these emails, and/or displaying a link to the PDF online, as many European business customer need a PDF invoice for accounting purposes 🙂

Hi,
for accounting, companies need invoices in PDF format to process them in programs like Datev, SAP etc. Currently, the only way to get the PDF invoice is to download it manually from the simple MDM website. It should be possible that these PDF invoices are automatically sent to the companies by mail.

Would be nice if the .pdf version of the receipt could be included in the email receipt. Now we must download each .pdf from the site.
