Add a "comment" field to the Kernel Extension policy page
It would be awesome to have a comment field so we could note which app or developer each team ID or bundle ID is for.

Better yet, since each identifier is unique, and which app/developer ID it pairs with is public knowledge, I'd like SimpleMDM to populate the vendor identity for me. I'd ALSO like a comment field, so future me/the team could have the opportunity to know WHY the whitelisting was made.
