Show all apps on all devices, enriched with metadata & approval-management
Currently I can see a list of all installed apps for one device at a time. I would love to have an overview of ALL the apps across ALL managed devices.
My use case: We allow users to install apps themselves, but they need to be approved. I would like to see all apps, filter out the system apps (like "AirDrop"), and then see which apps are only on a single/a few devices.
Additionally:
* I want to see if an app is notarized/from the App Store, since any malware app can just call itself "Calendar.app".
* I want to approve apps (like "1Password") for all users, to be able to filter them and find non-approved apps.
* For well-known apps, SimpleMDM could enrich the view with a category and web-link (e.g. "1Password - Password manager - https://1password.com").

I'd also like to see this as well, but from a simpler version to start with
I'd like to be able to see a list of installed apps across my device fleet, not just from the catalog
It would be great to see a list of installed apps, then view the devices it is installed on.

- Would be great to have additional info (column?) on the owner(s) of a tool with the right/obligation to grant an access request.
