Allow self installation of apps using SimpleMDM App
We have numerous users in the field who should be able to re-install an approved app if necessary. Currently this requires calling us and bogs us down quite a bit.

This would be especially useful for large package installs like Office or Creative Cloud, allowing the user to self service app installs after the initial setup.
