Make the IMAP Path Prefix option available
When creating accounts on devices for IMAP Mail servers, we need to set the IMAP Path Prefix so the folders behave properly.
With SimpleMDM we currently can't set that, but we can with .mobileconfig Plist files.

It's an email Provider setting, I notice Hexnode mention the option in their docs:

Phil: Does it make more sense to associate this prefix value with the email "provider" object or on an individual "account" object basis for your organization?
