Gaming Kiosk
Lock tablet in a form of a gaming kiosk mode. Kids can just play certain games installed, nothing else. No settings app, no rearranging icons.

You can achieve this by creating a home screen layout and also creating an app restrictions list. Make sure the device is in supervised mode in order to permit this functionality in SimpleMDM.
