Managed App Configurations by Device Group
It would be a great advantage to be able to apply a slightly different device configuration based on the Device Group. In the case of multiple iPad Kiosks that simply load a website, The Device Groups each require a unique home page set in KioskPro Plus.
Let me know if I'm missing some part of the interface that provides this.

This can now be accomplished using custom attributes. Custom attributes can be assigned values at the device group level.

I think Rob's proposal is great!
There are some features we'd like to try with an enterprise app where custom per-device *and* per-group managed app config settings (beyond the standard variables) would be amazing.
Especially if they were surfaced in the SimpleMDM API!

Yes, I second this, but I'd go further.
What I'd like to see is a cascading model, where we can set some Managed Configuration parameters at the app level, then more granular parameters at the Device Group level and then even more fine-grained parameters at the individual device level.
The profile delivered to each device would then contain the device-specific parameters, plus the parameters inherited from the app group and app configuration levels.
