Include the group that an iOS device is a member of as one of the managed configurations macros

This currently can be accomplished with custom attributes. For instance, create a custom attribute named “simplemdm_group” and then assign a group-level value to the attribute for each group.

I think it would be a better idea to allow Managed Configurations to be specified by Device Group, as per https://simplemdm.uservoice.com/forums/204404-suggestions/suggestions/17431816-managed-app-configurations-by-device-group
