add Firmware (EFI) Password Management

There is a new MDM option to manage the EFI Password on 10.13:

    The EFI Password should be automatically set on enrollment.
    The best would be auto-generated and stored in SimpleMDM like the FileVault Recovery (also available via API)

    We are seeking feedback on this feature request. What requirements do you have? For instance:

    * Would the EFI be set manually on a per device or group-of-devices basis?
    * Would you like the EFI to be set automatically upon enrollment?
    * Should the passwords be auto-generated or specified by the admin?
