Ability to Push Paid Apps
From our community: One big thing we'd like is the ability to push paid apps, which isn't available at this time. Can you add support for app redemption codes through Apple's Volume Purchase Program (VPP)?

I’m happy to announce that as of today we support paid app distribution and volume purchase codes!
Paid apps now appear in Apple Store search results. Once you have added a paid app, you will have the ability to add codes to it.

VPPs are assigned to the Apple ID that exists on the device itself.

Question... if a paid apps is push thru here and purchase using VPP... who (what Apple ID) will have the apps assign to ?? the VPP purchaser or the Apple ID on the device that was use to install the apps ??

How does it work, how do I push the codes?
