Google Chrome version for both M1 and Intel.
The Google Chrome version supplied in Munki it's pointing to the Intel version of the app which doesn't work well for M1 laptops, where the M1 version of the app is hybrid and work properly in both Intel and M1 chips. Would it be possible for you to change the source so it deploys the hybrid app and not the Intel one?

Google Chrome in the Shared App Catalog has been upgraded to the universal binary version. Additionally, the application now allows the end user to enable auto updates if they so desire.

Additionally, is the enterprise version of Chrome used? The version of Chrome can't keep itself up to date automatically as it asks for user to install the auto update mechanism. The enterprise version of chrome has a postinstall script for automatically installing that.
