RESTful API to upload/delete apps

We push new versions of our apps often. It would be helpful to have RESTful API so we could push new versions of apps and delete old versions.

    100% behind this. My one worry about building my ecosystem around SimpleMDM is the lack of this integration and the barrier it places on continuous delivery.
