  2. API to add Accounts to Devices

    Extend the API to allow adding Accounts to each Device, so this can be automated, it can be time consuming adding multiple accounts to each new device or changing the username/password when the device is reassigned.

  3. Disable Location History Per Device

    I would like to have the Simply MDM on all my company's devices. However, I don't want to know where the owner of the company has been over the last 24 hours. I would like to be able to turn off the owner location history but leave on the current location. The purpose of leaving on the current location is so we can locate the device is it is lost or stolen. I would like to do this for each device.

  5. Automanage of Added Applications

    I'd like the ability to automatically "manage" new apps added to an iOS device. I should not have to "ask" the user to manage the app. If i have them on an MDM solution, then I should have the ability to manage all apps from the iTunes store from the start. Or make this an option. Maybe it already is and I've not noticed it.

  7. Support for Checkpoint Capsule VPN

    Brsides the Ciscos, F5 and Sonicwall you should add support for the Checkpoint Firewalls and their VPN (via Capsule app?).
    Connecting over L2TP is not as practical.

  8. API endpoint to request an updated location

    We would like to use the API to do automatic location audits, however the location is often not as up to date as we would like. An API endpoint that mirrors the "update" button on the device map would be very helpful!

  10. Turn off or on Breadcrumb in individual device

    I would like to be able to say, Yes I want to track breadcrumbs or so no turn that featured off I only want to see where they currently are not where they have been.

  11. Make the delete all / wipe configuration optional

    As we are simply using simplemdm to manage apps for contractors / on personal computers it is overkill to have the permission to wipe a computer from the portal.

    If possible it would be nice to make the wipe setting optional when enrolling a device.

  13. Assigned-to field.

    Users check assigned iPads in when they come from a sales trip and pick up an iPad on their way out.

    I'd like the ability to add some user names and assign the device to them so I can track who has what.

    It would be nice to see the user's name next to the device on the main dashboard.

  14. Allow IPA Binaries to be uploaded via url/plist instead of requiring an upload of a raw binary.

    This will specifically be of help when interacting with SimpleMDM's API, allowing users to update/upload new apps without attaching large multipart forms.

  16. map view pin annotations

    in map view I see pins for all my ipads, and clicking the pin takes me to that ipads config page. However in mapview I cant see who is who without poping up a new window. It would be nice if the pins all had annotations so I could see who was where without opening a new window.

  18. Give the option to force encrypted backups (iTunes sync) or not

    Enrolled devices require encrypted backups when syncing with iTunes. It would be nice to have control over this.
