  1. Assigned-to field.

    Users check assigned iPads in when they come from a sales trip and pick up an iPad on their way out.

    I'd like the ability to add some user names and assign the device to them so I can track who has what.

    It would be nice to see the user's name next to the device on the main dashboard.

  2. Allow IPA Binaries to be uploaded via url/plist instead of requiring an upload of a raw binary.

    This will specifically be of help when interacting with SimpleMDM's API, allowing users to update/upload new apps without attaching large multipart forms.

    It would be nice to be able to see the map view for just a single group, or in the map view, filter by group.

  4. map view pin annotations

    in map view I see pins for all my ipads, and clicking the pin takes me to that ipads config page. However in mapview I cant see who is who without poping up a new window. It would be nice if the pins all had annotations so I could see who was where without opening a new window.

  6. Give the option to force encrypted backups (iTunes sync) or not

    Enrolled devices require encrypted backups when syncing with iTunes. It would be nice to have control over this.

  8. Allow rules and restrictions to pertain only to devices logged in to our network

    We only want to manage or restrict BYOD devices when they are at our school, not at student homes.

  9. An interactive help

    For each of the supervise and other feature, popover, ? button that can describe what each function will actually do.

    Some are pretty obvious, some like Allow account modification.. what exactly will be block ??

    Maybe it's because I speak french and option may seem different ?!?!

    Thanks for your request, David. We haven’t seen a big need for this feature from our customers, but I’ll keep it on my radar. If it picks up interest, we’ll see what we can do.
