Add profile payload type "Directory"
We need the ability to enrol macs into AD. This is done via the Directory payload, but I can't find a profile for it in Simple MDM. Before this is present, we can't switch to Simple MDM and is stuck with Apples Profile Manager.

Make it possible to "uncheck all" options in a Restrictions Profile
It's might make creating a new restrictions profile more efficient if I could "uncheck all" Restrictions checkboxes, or "uncheck all" on a per section basis of the Restrictions profile.

Password attribute
It would be super, it it was possible to create a attribute such as Password (with hidden entry), so that it is not necessary to separately VPN accounts for all users, but that it would be enough to do it once.

add more granular SimpleMDM User Roles
As the lead client systems engineer at a medium sized global organization I would like to be able to more granularly delegate current aspects of User Roles in SimpleMDM for a variety of reasons.
Example: I want to allow my Service Desk and Audio Visual team members to move devices into and out of groups to control features like Single Application Lock for appliance iPads, without giving them access to modify account level settings or make changes to the group configurations.

This ticket will remain open as some of the requests related to permission scoped to individual devices or device groups.

Preserve selected tabs and page state on reload
There are many pages in SimpleMDM that have multiple tabs such as App detail, Device detail, etc.
I frequently reload these pages to see updated inventory for apps installed, or updated device information. When I reload the page, it always goes back to the first tab and resets everything, so I have to click back to where I was.
Could at least the selected tab and maybe even page state be preserved on reload?

Create admin notes fields within the SMDM console
Create an ‘admin notes’ field for each config setting in the console. This will allow basic change logs for any configuration changes.

CalDAV and CardDAV support macOS
Under iOS you can add a card account to the device. But under a macOS device yo can not. This would be a good addition.

Centralized Billing for Multiple Accounts
As an MSP we manage several SimpleMDM accounts. It would be very helpful to receive and pay a single bill for all of these accounts.

Privacy option for iOS devices
In Europe its critical to record information about employees. It would be great if we could setup a MDM group were we can add our employees iOS devices and in this group we don't see the device location (already possible) and also disable the "Apps" tab, which can contain very personal information about installed apps.

Report on UAMDM status
We can already see UAMDM status (https://suggestions.simplemdm.com/forums/204404-suggestions/suggestions/33088666-uamdm-status) - but as we roll out to more machines it would be useful to have a report or column view or other way to work out which machines are enrolled but have not been approved by the user.
I appreciate we could write a lookup against the API to query this status - but that doesn't really scale when we hit 1000s of machines
Thanks :)

True Power management
Ability to set power schedules on devices. This would be for devices set up as kiosks to cycle power based on a time frame to provide a more environmentally friendly setup while providing device longevity. A must for kiosks, considering kiosk mode is an option.

Table view customizable
The main table view should function like a true dashboard that has sortable and customizable options for the columns. It is too limited now and requires many clicks to drill down to see data like OS version etc. just way too much clicking to get basic info

Expose md5 and/or Other Checksum(s) of Enterprise Apps in Catalogue
Once an app binary has been uploaded and deployed to devices via MDM it can be hard to find which particular build is actually deployed to the world.
If you may happen to have binaries that share the same BundleID, CFBundleVersion, and CFBundleVersionShortString there is no way to tell which app is actually uploaded. If we could see an md5 checksum or sha1 or sha256 it wold be a nice and easy way to know with confidence which binary was uploaded.

Keep or be able to set the default sort in Devices
I find that I'm constantly sorting the Devices list by Device name by clicking that column. It doesn't save this sort after clicking into a device and then going back. It would be nice to either have this save (even if just temporarily) or be able to set the default sort.

Assign devices to Group based on LDAP attribute at enrollment stage
Since you support authenticating DEP enrollment via LDAP it would be nice to then place a device in the appropriate group based on some LDAP attribute of the user's account.
